Payment instructions

Euler Asset Management LLC may accept certain application fees, rent payments, or other authorized property-related payments through Venmo.

How to get payment details

Euler does not publish its payment destination on this page. The current recipient details are provided to you directly by Euler — in your rental application, or in a message sent to you by Euler. If you need them, or want to confirm what you were given, email operations@eulerasset.management.

Confirm that the recipient and requested amount match instructions you received from Euler before sending a payment. Euler will not ask you to send a password, verification code, bank account number, card number, Social Security number, or other sensitive financial information by text message or in a Venmo note.

Verify an unexpected request

If a payment request is unexpected or its details do not match your records, do not pay until you verify it by emailing operations@eulerasset.management.

Third-party service

Venmo is a third-party service with its own terms, availability, and privacy practices. This page explains how Euler provides payment instructions but does not alter Venmo’s terms or create a guarantee regarding its service.
