Euler Asset Management LLC (“Euler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of tenants, rental applicants, property contacts, and website visitors. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information, rental application and tenancy information, communications, maintenance requests, transaction records, and technical information you provide or that is generated when you use our services. If you choose SMS, we also retain your mobile number, consent choice, date of consent, message history, and opt-out or help requests. We collect information directly from you and, when appropriate, from property owners, service providers, screening providers, or public sources.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; coordinate showings and applications; manage tenancies, leases, maintenance, payments, and property operations; send requested or consented communications; deliver application or payment links and reminders; protect safety and prevent fraud; meet legal obligations; and improve our services. SMS is not used as the sole method for formal legal notices or adverse housing decisions.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to property owners, vendors, screening or payment providers, professional advisers, government authorities when required, and other service providers that help us operate. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services. We do not use SMS consent to authorize unrelated marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for property management, contractual, legal, accounting, safety, and consent-recordkeeping purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out does not affect an application or tenancy. You may opt in by checking the optional SMS box in Euler's rental application, or by texting START to (385) 525-7331. Email operations@eulerasset.management with privacy questions or requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
