SMS Terms & Consent

By affirmatively opting in to text messages from Euler Asset Management LLC, you agree to receive recurring conversational and informational messages about your rental application and, if approved, your tenancy. Messages may include application steps and links, appointments, required actions, application fees, payment links, rent or invoice reminders, maintenance, lease administration, and other property-related communications. The program does not send marketing messages.

Consent

Consent is provided by checking the optional, unchecked SMS choice in Euler's rental application, or by texting START to (385) 525-7331. Providing a mobile number, submitting an application, renting, paying, or requesting maintenance does not by itself enroll anyone in text messages. The application disclosure covers both the application process and, if the application is approved, the resulting tenancy. Your consent applies only to the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of applying for or renting a property, and declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not affect an application or tenancy. Euler records the phone number, the affirmative choice, and the date of consent.

Euler will not send an unsolicited message asking someone who has not consented to opt in.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests and property-related activity, typically 2–5 messages per month. Additional messages may occur during an active application, maintenance issue, payment issue, appointment sequence, or conversation you initiate. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments and formal notices

Messages may include links to application, fee, rent, or other property-related payment instructions. Official current payment instructions are published at www.eulerasset.management/pay.html. Verify unexpected payment requests through a known Euler contact method. Do not send bank, card, Social Security, or other sensitive account information by SMS. SMS reminders do not replace lease documents, formal legal notices, adverse housing decisions, or any delivery method required by law.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation, and no further program messages will be sent unless you affirmatively enroll again. Texting START to (385) 525-7331 subscribes or resubscribes that number. Euler collects consent through the rental application and will not send you an unsolicited message inviting you to text START. Reply HELP for help, email operations@eulerasset.management. SMS is not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and messaging information to operate the program and provide property-management services. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except aggregators and providers that deliver text messaging services. See our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and changes

You must be authorized to use the enrolled phone number. We may update or suspend the program or these terms as permitted by law. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
